This was the answer when we wanted to replace a couple of affordable knife blocks. We consolidated all our knives, of all shapes and sizes, into this one block. The quality is superior and no cost shipping was a fantastic deal as it was very heavy. We have upper cabinets that are some inches lower than average. This block quickly fit underneath with room sufficient to pull even the longest knife. There was a slot big sufficient for our small cleaver and we employed the row of smaller slots below for paring knives. (Read More...)
