I first saw the Kapoosh at a friend's house and felt silly when I did not know how to put a knife in her knife holder because there were no spaces available. This holder, as far as I am concerned, is great. I have duplicate knives. and, because the regular holders have only 1 slot for each knife, the duplicates were kept in a drawer. Now, I have a knife holder that holds more knives than before and still looks neat. Wish I had know about this before. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do. (more...)
